Ms. LaBell is a Paralegal who began her career at Thomas J. Rivers Adjusters, Inc. in 1994. Kimberlee served as Vice President of Blake Adjusters, Inc. from its inception in 1997 to 2007, at which time she assumed the Presidency as Owner. Kimberlee conducts the investigation of all firm Casualty assignments and supervises daily operations. Kimberlee specializes in in-depth claimant investigations and claimant attorney negotiations.
Blake Adjusters, Inc. has proudly been a member of the New York Association of Independent Adjusters, Inc. (NYAIAI - www.nyadjusters.org). The NYAIAI fosters networking with claims professionals throughout New York State with an emphasis on providing continued education. Kimberlee Blake LaBell currently serves on the 2024 Advisory Committee of the NYAIAI after serving as Liaison Committee Chairman (2022), President (2019-2021), Vice President (2018-2019), Treasurer (2017-2018), Western Regional Vice President (2015-2017) and Executive Committee Member (2012-2015).

Mr. Yanni joined the Blake Adjusters team in early 2015. Prior to his adjusting career, Chet spent 25 years as a general contractor as co-owner of Universal Builders, Inc., where he led local, state and federal construction projects ranging from custom home building to large scale federal roofing projects. Chet now utilizes his extensive construction knowledge as the property claims adjuster in both our Rochester and Dansville Offices. Chet utilizes the Xactimate estimating platform.

COLLEEN REICHERT
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Mrs. Reichert began her career at Blake Adjusters in 2020. Colleen brings 30+ years of customer service experience with a Project Management and International Sales background. Colleen is the first line of communication at Blake Adjusters, receiving and assigning new investigative claim files to adjusters. Colleen initiates immediate contact with insureds to ensure availability of the policyholder, schedules property inspections and prepares reports on behalf of the adjusters and submits them to the insurance office.
